Lovely, with a great location Positive: Location was great, close to old town and parking. Upstairs deck was a lovely addition. Unit was nicely decorated and appointed with all that we needed. Negative: I would like a way to give a couple of suggestions to owners that don’t need to be posted in the review. Couldn’t find a place to do this.

Charming apartment in historic district Positive: Lovely apartment. Excellent location walking distance to cafes, swimming and historical places. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, spices and kitchen supplies. Comfortable bed and roof top seating area with nice views. Great area in antique and art gallery area . Negative: Everything was wonderful

Comfortable apartment in a great location and beautiful sunsets from rooftop terrace Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable. Negative: The heating/ cooling unit(?) in bedroom closet was noisy. Not sure there is anything that can be done but it caused some sleep disruption.

Positive: Fantastic location. Great value. Very nice place. Negative: You walk directly into the bedroom, which is fairly small (minor). Showerhead could be improved.

Highly recommended!! Positive: We loved our stay! The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great, with several parking options nearby. The rooftop terrace was a good place to watch the fireworks from if you didn't want to deal with crowds. Online photos are very accurate. Would definitely stay again.

It was fanastic! Positive: We couldn't have been happier with the property. It was clean, had great furnishings and everything we needed to be comfortable. It was right in the heart of Old Town Quebec. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Once we parked across the street, we did not need our car again. We would definitely recommend this property. Negative: The only thing we had trouble with was the TV channels. We could only get one channel. It would have been nice to have some instructions on how to make the TV work. There were a couple of remotes, but I guess we were technology challenged. :) It was okay, though. We were pretty tired after exploring Old Quebec.

Disappointed in hosts-apt was adequate. Positive: Location is in a cute neighborhood. Able to walk to the sights in Quebec City Negative: Communication with the corporate hosts is very poor. Called on the phone and message thru Booking site and never got any response. Layout of the apt is awkward. The bed is literally at the door when you walk inside

Television support non-existent Positive: Nice location. The living area is spacious. Nice view of street below. Ample kitchen. Comfy bed. Negative: Contacted manager regarding television. 3 remotes, no instructions. Could only view one channel. Our stay was 6 nights, so a channel selection would have been nice. The only response I received was, "I contacted the building maintenance man, I'm not sure when he will get with you." I emailed the manager. attempting to follow up, 3 consecutive days wondering when he would show up. He never did. The manager never once responded back. Ghosted us.
